These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) apply to overcomingcandida.com (the “Site”) and to any products you buy from us. The Site is run by Overcoming Candida (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card through PayPal). We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or there is an obvious pricing error; if we cancel, we refund you in full.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at info@overcomingcandida.com if you think someone else has used it.
7. Emails
If you sign up for our emails, we send the content described when you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. You agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Changes do not affect orders you placed before the change. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new Terms.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
